Free Shipping

Our goal is to provide the most efficient shipping method available, as well as the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times. Fox Lane Market offers Free Shipping on all orders.  Please note that for Orders with more than one item, the order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

You may check the shipping status of your Order(s) via the Order Status Tracking link located under CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Enter your order number located on the invoice/order confirmation email.

US Based Supplier Products:

1. Processing Time

Order verification, customizing, quality check and packaging.  All orders are submitted for processing within 24 hours after the order is placed.  

2. Shipping Time

Ordered items will be shipped best available price via UPS or USPS for Fox Lane Market products located in the continental United States.

Overseas Supplier and Manufacturer Products:

1. Processing Time

Order verification, customizing, quality check and packaging. All orders are submitted for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. If an order has been placed directly with a manufacturer or supplier, the manufacturer/supplier and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

2. Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are primarily shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If e-packet is not available, the order will commonly be shipped via China Post.
